Terms and Conditions – diwi11 Platform Rules & User Agreement

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the diwi11 platform, available at diwi11.vip, including all games, Sports Betting markets, promotional offers, and any mobile application associated with the brand. By registering an account or using any part of the diwi11 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

• Personal use: Your diwi11 account is for your personal use only. You may not operate it on behalf of a third party or allow anyone else to use your account or login credentials.

Registration is free. Creating an account does not obligate you to make a deposit, but access to real-money games and Sports Betting requires a funded account balance.

3. Account Rules

Once your diwi11 account is active, you are responsible for all activity that takes place on it. This includes bets placed, games played, bonuses claimed, and any deposits or withdrawals made. Keep your password secure and do not share it with anyone.

• Inactive accounts: Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to an inactivity review. diwi11 will communicate with you before taking any action on an inactive account.

4. Deposits

All deposits on diwi11 are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. • Minimum deposit: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit within your account.
• Processing time: JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited to your diwi11 balance within minutes. Bank Transfer and card deposits may take longer depending on the method and your bank's processing time.
• Funding source: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or cards that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment methods are not permitted and may result in the return of funds and account review.
• Currency: All account balances, transactions, and bonus amounts are displayed and processed in PKR. There is no currency conversion at any stage of the deposit process.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals return your PKR balance to your registered payment method. Withdrawal requests are subject to a verification check and will be processed in line with your VIP tier and the current payment method processing times.

• Verification: Withdrawals may be held if your account has not completed identity verification. This is standard practice and applies across all accounts. Providing the requested documents promptly speeds up the process.
• Processing times by tier: Silver accounts are processed within the standard window. Gold tier accounts receive priority processing. Platinum members receive same-day processing. Diamond members receive near-instant transfers.
• Wagering requirements: Funds credited as bonus money must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. Real-money deposits that have not been used to activate a bonus are withdrawable at any time subject to verification.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. diwi11 reserves the right to require withdrawal via a specific method for compliance reasons.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

diwi11 offers various bonus types including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and VIP-specific offers. Each bonus has its own terms published at the point of the offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific offer states otherwise:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement is shown on the bonus offer page.
• Game contributions: Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live Casino, Table Games, and Sports Betting contributions vary and are detailed in the specific bonus terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses and associated free spins expire if not used within the stated timeframe. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Unless stated otherwise, only one active bonus can be held at a time. Claiming a new bonus while one is active may result in the existing bonus being voided.

7. Sports Betting Rules

Sports Betting on diwi11 covers Cricket (including PSL, T20 international fixtures, domestic tournaments, and bilateral series), Football, Esports, and other markets as made available on the platform. The following rules apply to all Sports Betting activity:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the diwi11 system and a bet reference number has been issued. No bet is valid on the basis of odds displayed before confirmation.
• Obvious errors: If odds are published at an obviously incorrect level due to a system or human error, diwi11 reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds. Players will be notified and the stake returned.
• Match postponement: If a match is postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, bets will typically be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in the market rules.
• In-play betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to the real-time market status at the time of bet placement. The platform may suspend in-play markets at any time during a match. Bets placed before a suspension are honoured; bets attempted during a suspension are not accepted.

8. Casino & Bingo Games

Game outcomes are not influenced by diwi11 or any party beyond the certified RNG or the physical dealing process.

• Return to player (RTP): Each game has a published RTP percentage that represents the theoretical long-term average return to players. RTP is not a guarantee of return in any individual session.
• Technical malfunction: In the event of a confirmed technical fault during a game session, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's balance. Voiding applies only to rounds directly affected by the fault.
• Disconnection: If your internet connection is lost during a game, the round will be resolved by the server and the result will be available in your game history when you reconnect. The platform is not responsible for connection issues outside the diwi11 infrastructure.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are prohibited on diwi11. Detection of any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one diwi11 account, or creating a new account after one has been closed or suspended.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment details to deposit funds.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus structures through coordinated play, matched betting on the same platform, or other methods designed to generate guaranteed profit from bonus offers rather than genuine gaming activity.
• Automated tools: Using bots, scripts, software, or any automated tool to interact with the diwi11 platform in a way that substitutes for genuine human gameplay or betting decisions.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in Live Casino games or team-based formats.
• Exploiting errors: Intentionally exploiting obvious pricing errors, system glitches, or platform errors. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known error are subject to voiding.
• Underage use: Allowing or facilitating the use of the platform by a person under 18 years of age.

10. Responsible Gaming
